Who Are We

Educational Consulting Associates, Inc. is an independent practice specializing in psychoeducational and neuro developmental evaluation and intervention for children, adolescents, young adults and their families. We work with a broad range of emotional, behavioral, developmental, cognitive and adjustment problems such as ADHD, childhood anxiety disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Learning Disabilities and Autistic Spectrum Disorders, including High Functioning Autism and Asperger's Syndrome.  Our approach is based upon identifying the interrelations of the nine constructs of neurodevelopment including attention, memory, sequential processing, auditory/visual processing, language, motor functions, organization and higher order thinking skills. We place special emphasis on how these constructs impact behavioral and emotional development.

Knowledge is Key

That is why we are dedicated to providing you the answers to your questions about your child's abilities and whether there are any problems that may be blocking his or her success.  Over time and through experience we have learned that it is rare that a problem occurs in isolation. That is why we take a multi-dimensional approach in our psychoeducational evaluation to identifying all factors that strengthen or weaken a child's learning capacity.
